Meditative Breathwork Session - 30 Min

Service Description

This is a space for you to silence the noise, regulate your nervous system and come back to centre. A meditative breathwork session is a guided meditation practise that integrates breathwork, offering the benefits of both healing modalities. Occasionally, other somatic healing techniques like EFT/TFT tapping may also be included, depending on the intuitive guidance I receive during your session. This is a virtual online session, through zoom.
