Cancellations Policy

Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice/No show, the cancellation policy charge will be in effect.

We ask that if something comes up that you do your best to provide us with a minimum of 24 hours so that we can reach out to other clients, and hopefully fill your spot.
If you wake up feeling unwell or develop signs/symptoms of illness throughout the day, please notify us immediately so that we can advertise on our social media accounts that we have a last min cancellation appointment available. We are often booked weeks in advance and have multiple people who will likely take your appointment spot.

If you fail to provide notice that you will not be attending your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment.
*. You MUST pay this fee before you will be allowed to book again. We feel that this is fair, as we send out reminder emails 24 hours prior to your appointment where you are able to cancel/reschedule your appointment if need be "I forgot" will no longer be tolerated.
